Job Summary
A commercial real estate services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Facilities Director in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Direct facility management staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client
- Review client's strategic plans and determines appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations
- Create action plans to improve financial position(s)
Position Requirements Include:
- Driver's license may be required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
- Prior supervisory experience required
