A commercial real estate services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Facilities Director in Dallas.

Must be able to:

  • Direct facility management staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client
  • Review client's strategic plans and determines appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations
  • Create action plans to improve financial position(s)

Position Requirements Include:

  • Driver's license may be required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
  • Prior supervisory experience required
