Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Facilities Manager in Orlando.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors/vendors
  • Performing routine property inspections
  • Managing and updating as needed an ongoing Hurricane Season response and communication plan

Position Requirements Include:

  • 50% national travel
  • Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management or Maintenance Operations role
  • MS Suite and specifically MS-Excel focusing on analytics
  • Able to communicate in a technical manner
  • Ability to interpret and understand leases and easement agreements
  • Requires ability to read and understand blueprints
