Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Facilities Manager in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors/vendors
- Performing routine property inspections
- Managing and updating as needed an ongoing Hurricane Season response and communication plan
Position Requirements Include:
- 50% national travel
- Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management or Maintenance Operations role
- MS Suite and specifically MS-Excel focusing on analytics
- Able to communicate in a technical manner
- Ability to interpret and understand leases and easement agreements
- Requires ability to read and understand blueprints
