Job Summary

A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Facilities Manager in the Central Region.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintainingpositive relationships with clients
  • Coordinating, overseeing and/or managing repair and maintenance work assignments
  • Acting as report owner, collecting data, capturing and highlighting trends

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attend or host client meetings and follow up on deliverables
  • Driver's license may be required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to compile process and procedural details to be used for training purposes
  • Ability to effectively present information
