Job Summary
A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Facilities Manager in the Central Region.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintainingpositive relationships with clients
- Coordinating, overseeing and/or managing repair and maintenance work assignments
- Acting as report owner, collecting data, capturing and highlighting trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend or host client meetings and follow up on deliverables
- Driver's license may be required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to compile process and procedural details to be used for training purposes
