Job Summary
An educational provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Family Academic Support Liaison.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting new and returning students through the Strong Start process
- Providing 1:1 guidance and support for parents who have students experiencing academic difficulty
- Facilitating 1:1 training/support and providing academic resources to help parents
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Associates degree
- One (1) year working with families in a Support Liaison OR Equivalent combination
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
- Ability to pass required background check
