Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Family Academic Support Liaison in Los Angeles County.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Teach via the Blackboard platform
- Attend to live instructional sessions
- Ensure students complete asynchronous coursework daily
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel as needed for trainings and/or meetings
- Reside in the state of California (must live in 1 of the 5 counties we service students and hire in)
- Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint and experience using them
- Prior experience working with at-risk youth
