Job Summary

An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Family Academic Support Liaison in Los Angeles County.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Teach via the Blackboard platform
  • Attend to live instructional sessions
  • Ensure students complete asynchronous coursework daily

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel as needed for trainings and/or meetings
  • Reside in the state of California (must live in 1 of the 5 counties we service students and hire in)
  • Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint and experience using them
  • Prior experience working with at-risk youth
