Job Summary
An online education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Family Connections Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting families through the enrollment process and beyond
- Leading nurturing through both outbound and inbound calls
- Serving as an enrollment subject matter expert to families
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work October through March 1
- Ability to travel for school site visits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or a related field
- Experience in an educational setting/school
- Prior customer service experience
- Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office and Google programs)
