Job Summary

An online education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Family Connections Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting families through the enrollment process and beyond
  • Leading nurturing through both outbound and inbound calls
  • Serving as an enrollment subject matter expert to families

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work October through March 1
  • Ability to travel for school site visits
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in an educational setting/school
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office and Google programs)
