Job Summary

An online school system has an open position for a Telecommute Family Resource Coordinator in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining caseload of students/families referred to Family Academic Support Team
• Facilitating family intervention meetings with families in crisis or with multi-dimensional needs
• Providing brief assessments to develop an action plan with students and families

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 10% of the time; some office time required
• Master’s degree in social work or related social service field
• One (1) year of documented social work field experience
• Social work education course work, to include Human Behavior in the Social Environment equivalent
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
