Job Summary

An event services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Fan Happiness Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Address incoming phone calls, emails and texts
  • Follow up on customer’s questions
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to participate in one full week of training starting March 1, 2018
  • 2+ years of customer experience in a customer facing or support role
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
