Job Summary
An event services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Fan Happiness Associate.
Must be able to:
- Address incoming phone calls, emails and texts
- Follow up on customer’s questions
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to participate in one full week of training starting March 1, 2018
- 2+ years of customer experience in a customer facing or support role
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
