Job Summary
An e-commerce fashion retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Fashion Retail Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing People Operations initiatives to ensure the department is aligned with the overall business strategy
- Facilitating workforce development and succession planning with organizational leaders
- Overseeing conflict resolution issues that require escalation or investigation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
- 6+ years of experience conducting end-to-end Human Resources management within a small- to medium-sized business environment
- 4+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience performing full-cycle recruitment for a growing organization
- Experience with HR software (HRIS, applicant tracking system, payroll, benefits administration, etc.)
