A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute FCRA Consumer Services Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to consumer inquiries related to FCRA adverse action
  • Monitoring and reporting on day-to-day consumer case follow up
  • Creating and maintaining information for FCRA reporting

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma
  • Prior call center experience
  • Successful history dealing with complex and difficult customer situations
  • Possesses strong telephone soft skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent verbal, written communication /interpersonal skills
