Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in English, Journalism, Communications or
- Related field along with more than seven (7) years of related experience and/or training, or
- An equivalent combination of education and job related experience
- 7+ years as a Proposal Manager for federal proposal responses
- Experience with price to win and risk assessment
- Excellent time management skills
