Job Summary

A civil engineering firm is in need of a Telecommute Federal Contracts Administration Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide review, administration and compliance activities for industrial, commercial and government contracts / subcontracts of smaller scope and complexity
  • Support contract review, acceptance and compliance through review of proposed terms and conditions of a contract during the solicitation process
  • Support contract review, acceptance and compliance through identification of nonstandard terms

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus (4) years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Five (5) years or more experience in Federal Contract Administration; preferred
  • Familiarity with Army Corp of Engineers projects and federal environmental programs; preferre One of the Following National Contract
  • Ability to recommend modifications to contract language
  • Ability to work with project manager and client/government representative to review and resolve questions or issues related to contract compliance or terms and conditions of the contract
  • Ability to conduct compliance reviews and ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner,
