Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Federal Contracts Engagement Advisor.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the development and negotiation of terms and conditions
  • Be the contractual advisor during the contract lifecycle
  • Create well-structured deals that meet company's financial/client goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel Required up to 10% or 1 day a week
  • At least 5 years experience, including working in the Federal sector in pre-award and post award contract phases
  • Understanding and knowledge of federal procurement process and practices
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other agency regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Working knowledge of commercial contracting principles and terms & conditions
  • Strong drafting skills
