A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Federal Contracts Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting company's end-user and major account contract activities
- Being responsible for Federal and State government software licensing
- Providing contract management of assigned accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Commercial contract, software as a service, and software license agreement terms
- Consulting Services and Reseller agreements
- Formalizing Enterprise Business terms
- Privacy Data Requirements
- Negotiating directly with the end user
- Must have five plus years experience in a similar position; and a proven track record in negotiations, contract management and administration
