Job Summary
A telecommunications service has an open position for a Telecommute Federal Telecommunications Operations Technician III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing active network monitoring
- Providing first level troubleshooting and incident resolution of network issues
- Coordinating, de-conflicting, and tracking Authorize Service Interruption
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or additional years of applicable experience
- 1 year of overall related experience
- Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, CISSP or equivalent)
- Hold an active TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience with: alarm surveillance, fault management, fault isolation, or related
- Experience with: routers, switches, crypto devices, routing, Juniper, or DWDM
