Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute FEP Claims Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical support to assigned teams by researching and/or troubleshooting issues
- Conducting system performance audits
- Providing consistent feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years of customer service, claims, or membership & billing experience
- One year of direct technical experience in a call center, healthcare or insurance environment, required
- Able to provide back-up and peak-load assistance for other training and audit areas as needed
