A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute FEP Claims Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical support to assigned teams by researching and/or troubleshooting issues
  • Conducting system performance audits
  • Providing consistent feedback

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Two years of customer service, claims, or membership & billing experience
  • One year of direct technical experience in a call center, healthcare or insurance environment, required
  • Able to provide back-up and peak-load assistance for other training and audit areas as needed
