A financial institution has an open position for a Telecommute FHA and VA Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing management and oversight of your pipeline
- Completing analysis and assessments of risk factors
- Underwriting and clearing conditions, efficiently handling underwriting work load
Qualifications for this position include:
- Well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, closing procedures
- Working knowledge of FHA guidelines and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines
- 3 to 5 years of recent Conventional/FHA/USDA underwriting
- Must have experience working remotely
- Experience with Encompass360 is required
