Job Summary

The nations largest medical record reviewer has a current position open for a Remote Field-Based Chart Reviewer and Collector in Avon.

Must be able to:

  • Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review and abstraction services
  • Scan relevant components of the medical record to support reviews performed
  • Electronically download review assignments to the laptop and data collection tool

Required Skills:

  • Registered Nurse or LPN
  • Clinical experience
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Available to perform reviews no less than 24 hours a week
  • Must be willing to travel
