A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Field Enablement and Delivery Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the team to develop and use processes, programs, platforms and tools that speed development
- Onboarding new hires and developing your team members through coaching and mentoring
- Developing the strategy and plan that will reach the objectives of our team and key stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Position requires significant travel (up to 30%), some internationally
- 5 years experience leading a geographically-dispersed, global team
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years in sales enablement, sales readiness or sales operations in the high-tech/software industry
- Ability to successfully team and collaborate with sales professionals, content creators, and company executives
- Proven experience successfully managing and tracking global expenses and budget
