Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has a current position open for a Telecommute Field Management Region Director in Honolulu.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver against enterprise priorities and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of retail stores
  • Deliver sales, margin, and service results

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to accommodate business travel, including overnight travel, as need
  • 5+ years multi-unit retail management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a group of geographically dispersed business locations and direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree will be considered
