Job Summary

A vacation rental management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Field Operations Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers
• Work directly with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job specifications
• Continuously and proactively provide status updates with candidates

Qualifications Include:

• Participate in job fairs and college recruiting fairs
• Must be self-motivated, driven, and passionate about helping find talent to build great teams
• Extreme passion for creating a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring manager
• Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing
• Experience sourcing passive candidates off of platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
• 2+ years experience recruiting in a full life-cycle environment
