Job Summary

An executive seach firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Field Property Claims Supervisor in Detroit.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing a team of outside Field Adjusters
• Directing the field staff and managing the workflow within a multi-state territory
• Working on select claims, and act as an expert for the team on more complex cases

Required Skills:

• Travel required within territory, and company provides company vehicle
• Strong property claims background with some supervisory experience
• Must have excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills to build a strong team environment
