Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Field Representative Learning and Development Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead development, implementation and execution of new field representative development programs
  • Assess development programs and the report metrics and measure to senior leadership
  • Supervise, coach and develop team of FR learning and development associates

Required Skills:

  • Travel 25%
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years financial services industry experience and 5 years learning and development experience
  • Skilled in curriculum development, instructional design, and measuring effectiveness of training programs
  • Knowledge of agency-related business functions and knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
  • Working knowledge of leading PC tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
