Job Summary
A technology product company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Field Sales Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Technical point of contact for prospective and existing customers
- Identify and understand the ongoing service needs of customer and recommend solutions
- Support revenue and billings goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel: 25-50%
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in presentation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of Apple technology (OS X and iOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) within a medium to large scale Apple environment
- IT operations, administration, planning or other relevant experience
