An industrial supply company has a current position open for a Telecommute Field Sales Supervisor in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Prepares regular and special reports reflecting activity and results of the sales effort
• Develops and implements sales plans to achieve sales goals
• Reviews inventory and sales records, develops merchandising techniques, and coordinates sales promotions

Position Requirements Include:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
• Generally 5 years experience in related field
• Experience in business to business sales
• Experience with sales techniques such as consultative selling
