Job Summary

An online retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Field Sales Training Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, implementing and managing training content for educating external vendors and the Field Sales team
  • Designing knowledge checks and meaningful course interactions
  • Delivering engaging, instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training

Position Requirements Include:

  • Domestic travel may be up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university)
  • 3+ years of experience in creating and delivering training
  • 3+ years facilitating in-person and virtual instructor-led training
  • Demonstrated knowledge & application of adult learning principles
  • Experience in Microsoft Word text formatting functions
