Job Summary
An online retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Field Sales Training Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, implementing and managing training content for educating external vendors and the Field Sales team
- Designing knowledge checks and meaningful course interactions
- Delivering engaging, instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training
Position Requirements Include:
- Domestic travel may be up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university)
- 3+ years of experience in creating and delivering training
- 3+ years facilitating in-person and virtual instructor-led training
- Demonstrated knowledge & application of adult learning principles
- Experience in Microsoft Word text formatting functions
