Job Summary
has a current position open for a Telecommute Field Service Engineer I in Des Moines.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installations
- Performing routine and some non-routines technical repairs of all systems
- Instructing customers in the proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments and systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 30% travel by auto in primary assigned territory and 10% by air for training, business meetings and/or support to customers outside primary or assigned territory
- Associates Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related industry
- Must possess some organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and exercise good judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management through oral and written presentations I reports
- Must have some basic MS Office Skills
