Job Summary

A radiation oncology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Field Service Engineer in Portland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance support
• Promoting customer satisfaction through timely response to customer calls
• Maintaining complete and timely documentation of work activities

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 50% in the field for customer service or company required travel and/or training
• 5+ years experience in field service, installation and troubleshooting electronic equipment or bachelors degree in with less experience
• Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences including executive level management
• Strong system level troubleshooting skills
• Strong computer skills with an understanding of basic networking
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
