Job Summary

An innovation ideas company is in need of a Telecommute Field Service Supervisor in Durant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating the efforts of district associates in order to deliver service support for tribal casino customers
  • Managing assigned district work schedules (on, off, on call, etc.) in the assigned area finding extra coverage
  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled routine inspections of VGT equipment

Required Skills:

  • Travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree preferred
  • Three to five years management experience in Field or Customer Service
  • Strong public relation skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
