Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Field Services Regional Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting team leaders to maximize team member attendance and performance
  • Eliminating errors in fulfilling client service delivery requests
  • Ensuring compliance to Legislative and Regulatory requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience managing medium complexity projects
  • BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience leading field service professionals
  • Familiarity with IT Outsourcing and Service Management
