Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Field Services Regional Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting team leaders to maximize team member attendance and performance
- Eliminating errors in fulfilling client service delivery requests
- Ensuring compliance to Legislative and Regulatory requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of five years’ experience managing medium complexity projects
- BS degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience leading field service professionals
- Familiarity with IT Outsourcing and Service Management
