Job Summary
A solutions provider for real estate asset valuation needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Field Staff Appraiser.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing real estate appraisals
- Providing industry leading customer service
- Collaborating effectively with internal customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments.
- Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
- FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
- Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors
- Consistently and independently handles all aspects of the job well within a defined territory
