A real estate asset valuation company is seeking a Telecommute Field Staff Appraiser in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Completing real estate appraisals
  • Ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality
  • Ensuring seamless customer service

Position Requirements Include:

  • A valid driver’s license and
  • The ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
  • Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
  • Residential knowledge of properties and market factors
