Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Field Support Specialist 4.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting-up and configuring, back end support for Government personnel in the administration of Solaris 11 systems
- Maintaining and supporting management infrastructure, including security profile of the infrastructure
- Working with Customer, team and Premier Support personnel to support and help manage Customer issues and escalations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
- US Citizenship is a mandatory US Government requirement
- Obtaining a US security clearance will be required as part of the position
- 8 years relevant work experience
- BS/BA preferred
