- Educating business stakeholders on available ITO Capability offerings
- Communicating overall ITO Capability strategy and Service Provider capabilities
- Explaining process to identify scope/demand and document
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to manage, understand, explain, and identify the need for new interrelationships between business and technology strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience facilitating, leading or supporting business strategic and operational planning processes
- Experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business
- Familiarity with formal program management and information technology services delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated track record in business development or client management responsibility involving infrastructure service delivery
