Job Summary

A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Finance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assessing and evaluating financial performance
  • Preparing and presenting monthly financial budgeting reports
  • Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial results

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CFA
  • At least 7 to 9 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance and SEC reporting
  • Must have experience working with the Board of Directors and financial investors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
