Job Summary
A marketing agency is seeking a Telecommute Finance Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing or handling day-to-day financial operations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, billing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Supervising a staff accountant
- Interpreting and presenting monthly financial statements with critical analysis of performance metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or other related fields
- At least 7 years experience in progressive accounting positions
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of accounting and job costing business software
- Demonstrable analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business insight
