Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Finance Production Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing production table updates and inserts
  • Troubleshooting application/process issues
  • Assisting in testing system changes for usability

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or IT field, or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to work with mainframe (Paris), Linux, DB2 SQL, MS SQL Server, etc
  • Ability to research and resolve basic system issues that occur during production data loads
  • Ability to create and process queries from multiple system tables
  • Proficiency using MS Office
