A commercial real estate services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Financial Analyst in Memphis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs
- Assist in preparation of analyses and recommendations in budgets
- Retrieve and organize data into required reporting formats
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college
- Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and accounting principles
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret financial information
- Requires intermediate analytical skills
- Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
