A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Financial Analytics Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop analytical methods and analyze complex data sets
- Collaborate with different business functions to set departmental goals and strategies
- Manage a lean team of analysts and hire product analysts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a data related area
- 10+ years experience
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
- Experience managing data analysts or proven experience mentoring individual contributors
- Expert in querying and manipulating raw datasets for analysis, data architecture design and data pipeline optimization
- Demonstrated leadership experience
