Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Financial Collection Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing phone calls and receive positive and improvement feedback
  • Negotiating repayment terms that work for both the consumer, client and company
  • Making outbound calls to and take inbound calls from consumers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma - Required
  • Ability to problem solve and share knowledge with fellow teammates
  • Ability to keyboard 45 wpm
