• Developing, performing and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Developing, performing and managing the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
• Developing and maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of financial and operational management experience
• Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment
• Work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and operational issues
• Experience working collaboratively and influencing across a matrix environment
