Job Summary
A retail company specializing in pet wellness products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Financial Controller.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and leading an internal accounting team
- Overseeing the transition of moving accounting functions in-house
- Monitoring closing processes, billing, budgeting, invoicing, expenses, reimbursements, and payroll administration
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience managing general accounting and financial reporting functions
- Previous Big 4 background and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Previous Controller experience required
- Previous experience in the DTC or e-commerce industry
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment
