Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Financial Industry Regional Sales Director in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of Wholesalers and Specialists in a particular region
- Recruiting, training, mentoring and coaching sales team
- Developing sales strategy based on firm's goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years wholesaling experience
- FINRA Series 6,7, 63 and required 24 must be obtained within 3 months of hire
- Ability to organize and manage a large and diverse sales territory
- Strong product knowledge and the markets
