Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Financial Leave Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing workflow and develop appropriate leave management strategies
- Securing and analyzing information to approve, deny, manage, and track all complexities of certified and reported leaves
- Investigating, securing and analyzing information pertaining to employees’ eligibility status
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of general office and customer service experience required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Efficiently use software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Applications
