Job Summary

A consumer-based financial advising company has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Organic Growth Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Owning domain performance and proactively find opportunities
Maintaining backlog of testing recommendations to consistently Hypothesize, Build, Measure, and Learn
Partnering with Brand, Performance, CRM, and other core marketing functions

Required Skills:

4+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth B2C or B2B company
Experience in designing and executing a SEO roadmap with product, design, marketing, and content teams
Ability to build effective working relationships with Content teams
Understanding or expertise in SEO and SEO tools
Track record of delivering business outcomes and/or products that move the needle on company metrics
Proficient in using and organizing data to drive business insights
