Job Summary

A consumer-based financial advising company has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Organic Growth Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning domain performance and proactively find opportunities
• Maintaining backlog of testing recommendations to consistently Hypothesize, Build, Measure, and Learn
• Partnering with Brand, Performance, CRM, and other core marketing functions

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth B2C or B2B company
• Experience in designing and executing a SEO roadmap with product, design, marketing, and content teams
• Ability to build effective working relationships with Content teams
• Understanding or expertise in SEO and SEO tools
• Track record of delivering business outcomes and/or products that move the needle on company metrics
• Proficient in using and organizing data to drive business insights
