Job Summary

A premier people development company is seeking a Telecommute Financial Planning and Analysis Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support go-to-market planning and decision-making
• Building forecasts for billings, collections and accounts receivables with the Accounting team
• Working closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus in SaaS revenue forecasting and go-to-market efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other go-to-market tools
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools such as Oracle, Adaptive or Anaplan
