Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is in need of a Telecommute Financial Reporting Analyst Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 8 years' preparing & delivering financial statements & regulatory reports in financial services industry or relevant experience
- Expert proficiency of applicable Microsoft Office applications
- Subject matter expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
