Telecommute Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A digital lending platform is in need of a Telecommute Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare the quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q/K
• Research, evaluate the applicability, and document evolving US GAAP and SEC guidance
• Research and interpret complex accounting issues and prepare technical memorandums

Qualifications Include:

• CPA with 4+ years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
• Ability to research and analyze accounting issues
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, data driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented with ability to multitask
