Job Summary
A medical technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Financial Reporting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Prepare and/or review various sections of the Company's financial statements and disclosures filed with the SEC
- Research accounting (under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, or other reporting frameworks, as applicable) for new, complex, or unusual transactions
- Prepare and/or review financial information and disclosures in the Company's publicly filed information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA license preferred
- Must possess knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting. Big 4 experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Must demonstrate the ability to think creatively and independently to solve problems
- Can effectively communicate in group settings. Performs job duties under minimal daily supervision
