Job Summary

A financial institution has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Sales Coach Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with lead coach and other leadership to provide clear expectations and feedback to APM
  • Partnering with analytics to review and determine necessary KPIs and Performance Metrics
  • Working cross departmentally with the rest of the production funnel

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong leadership mentality
  • At least 6 months of Finance Manager experience
  • Willingness and ability to mentor and develop others
  • Ability to be agile and work on ad hoc projects as needed
  • Ability to have a team first mentality and be willing to go above and beyond to support your team
